To become healthy and environment friendly you need to eat clean to live green. Many processed food products contain harmful chemicals that can cause serious illness, health issues and ruin the eco system. The packaging will indicate if the food is free range (organic). The processed meat is labelled with all the ingredients and preservatives it contains. The food that is processed can cause health problems like hormone imbalances and can also poison our water.

Use eco-friendly kitchen utensils

You can eat as healthy as you want but if you use normal kitchen utensils there are the possibility that the food can still be harmed by chemicals. A lot of utensils are made of plastic. Plastic products contain toxic chemicals that are released when steam or heat touches it. Buy utensils that contain eco friendly elements like for example bamboo, wood and stainless steel.

To eat clean and live green is not easy in the beginning. You need to find the right products, read the information and buy new utensils to make sure that you stay healthy and the environment is not damaged unnecessarily.
