All of us ladies know that Leonardo DiCaprio is more than just easy on the eyes, the man is quite the hottie. However, his looks only get him so far. While they get him far, his great acting skills get him the rest of the way. Leonardo is one of the hottest actors in Hollywood and also one of the "greenest". While one may not be able to copy his dashing good looks, we can definitely emulate his go green attitude.

Leo bought a eco friendly condominium, which boasts eco paint, solar panels and a whole lot of other great green amenities. The condo is also built to save water as well. Most of us cannot afford a condo in New Year that has all these great green things attached to them. However, we can make simple and affordable improvements. Try installing an aerator in each and every faucet in the house. At less than $5 a piece, you will be making an easy green impact.

Leo also drives an eco friendly car. Hot guy and cool car is a great combination. If you are in the market for a new car, make sure to check out some great green cars that are on the market. You now have a choice between, hybrid, electric or any number of other green car combinations. A great green driving tip to live green while keeping the car you have is to NOT let the car warm up in the morning. It takes less than a minute for a normal car to warm. It will not only improve gas mileage it will not damage your car.

Our beautiful man has installed solar panels to help him offset the cost of electricity. Going off the grid is the dream of many in the green world but sometimes the cost is just too prohibitive. Over the next few years, the cost of panels should be going down and it may be worthwhile to install solar panels in your house. An easy way to save energy is to turn up or down your thermostat a couple of degrees. If you don't have a programmable thermostat, it may be time to get one.

If you are traveling sometime in the near future, you may be one of the luckiest people in the world to fly commercial with Leo. He has been the poster man for not flying private jets and only flying commercially. This one is the easiest to emulate since most of us already travel this way. It still makes my heart flutter knowing that the potential to fly the friendly skies with him is awesome!
