We have all seen the labels and the signs advertising organic food. There are many large chains that primarily only sell organic.

According the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), organic criteria falls into four main goals. The promotion and enhancement of biodiversity, enhancement of ecological balance of natural systems, minimization of pollution from air, soil and water, and the optimization of the health and productivity of interdependent communities of soil life, plants, animals and people.
As far as we are concerned some major aspects is the reduction of the usage of pesticides and the limit and growth hormones and antibiotics. This means that there will naturally grown fruits, vegetables and animals.
Generally speaking small businesses and growers are the majority of organic farmers. As organic becomes more popular, larger producers will be entering this market, which should drive down the cost for organic food.
